Deep MarTech domain expertise with hands-on experience across analytics and attribution platforms (AppsFlyer, Braze, Firebase, Google Analytics, Amplitude, or similar), including a strong command of iOS tracking and measurement frameworks such as SKAdNetwork (SKAN). Cross-functional leadership skills, with a history of aligning diverse stakeholders across product, engineering, operations, and external partners. Executive-ready communicator, able to simplify complex data and influence C-suite leaders, regulators, and network partners. Analytical hunter mindset with strong judgment - expert in SQL and data analysis (Python/R a plus), able to cut through noise in complex data to surface insights and drive decisive action. AI-driven curiosity - fluent in applying AI to real product work beyond the basics (e.g., idea generation, data analysis, workflow automation), with the instinct to make teams and leaders smarter through creative AI use cases. Technical curiosity and fluency; a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field is a plus. What Makes Someone Successful Here You take responsibility for outcomes, not just roadmaps.
