Electronic Payment Authorization Agreement

I authorize Dave Operating LLC (“Dave”), its parent, affiliates and respective agents and their assignees  (“we”, “us”, “our”), depending on the payment method I select by connecting through the Plaid screen of the Dave mobile app (the “App”), to debit my designated checking or savings account (“Account”) at my designated financial institution (“Financial Institution”) for which I am an authorized user, as well as any Account or Financial Institution I designate through Plaid, on a standing basis for each electronic transaction that I initiate in the amount displayed through the App. 

I acknowledge that by checking the box in-App, I am agreeing to this authorization and am authorizing the described transaction, and all future in-App transactions. 

I further authorize Dave to electronically debit or credit your Account to correct any erroneous credit or debit.  This authorization will remain in full force and effect until you notify us that you wish to revoke your authorization, a minimum of three (3) business days before the scheduled date of transfer, either orally or in writing to support@dave.com. If we do not receive notice at least 3 business days before the next scheduled debit, we may attempt, in our sole discretion, to cancel the next transaction. However, we assume no responsibility for our failure to do so. Please note that revoking this authorization will not cancel any payment that is initiated before your revocation becomes effective.

We recommend that you retain a copy of this authorization for your records.
